Johannes Brahms (7 May 1833 – 3 April 1897) was a German composer, pianist, and conductor of the Romantic period. “Lullaby”, or “Cradle Song”, or “Wiegenlied”, Op. 49, No. 4, is a lied for voice and piano which was first published in 1868. It is one of the composer’s most popular songs.

Tĩnh lặng là dù làm gì, dù điều gì xảy ra, dù trời đang sập trên đầu mình, thì mình vẫn tĩnh lặng. “Tôi luôn tĩnh lặng, trừ khi tôi nổi điên”, thì đó không phải là tĩnh lặng.
Đương nhiên tĩnh lặng như thế thì khó, vì chính Chúa Giêsu cũng thường hay khóc, và Bồ tát thì thương yêu mọi chúng sinh vô lượng. Thương yêu mà không có nhiều lúc đau lòng xót dạ vì chúng sinh si mê khổ ải thì đó không là thương yêu. Mà từ đau lòng đến nhỏ nước mắt cũng chỉ là một đường tơ ngăn cách. Đây là căn nhà thứ 3 do nhà báo Hoàng Thiên Nga (Nguyên Trưởng Văn phòng đại diện báo Tiền Phong khu vực Tây Nguyên, nay là Đại diện Quỹ Trò nghèo Vùng cao trên Tây Nguyên) vận động xây tặng các học sinh gia cảnh đặc biệt khó khăn trong tháng qua. Trong đó, có 2 căn tặng học sinh hiếu học, hiếu thảo đã được chương trình học bổng Đọt Chuối Non trao suất đặc biệt tại lễ trao học bổng lần thứ 14 gần đây.

Vietnamese worker fined for advertising cross-cultural marriage for Taiwanese friend

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A migrant worker was recently fined by the National Immigration Agency (NIA) for trying to recruit women from his home country of Vietnam to marry his Taiwanese friend, via an online advertisement.
In a news release on Friday (March 19), the NIA said the Vietnamese man violated Taiwan’s Immigration Act by posting a marriage ad on Facebook to attract foreign brides. The message in the advertisement was written in Vietnamese and personal details of his Taiwanese friend were provided, it said.

The Asian World Film Festival in the U.S. has conferred the lifetime achievement award on Vietnamese-American actress Kieu Chinh for her contributions to the movie industry.
The 84-year-old received the Snow Leopard Lifetime Achievement Award, the festival’s highest accolade, at an event in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
