What a girl/woman should do so that the guys around her won’t treat her like the second-class gender…?

Dear brothers and sisters,

What a girl/woman should do so that the guys around her won’t treat her like the second-class gender, but will look at her as their equal peer (or even superior peer)?

I think:

Firstly, girls and women should do small daily tasks, such as small technical works for computers in the house, small electric works for the lights and the lamps in the house, small water works for waterlines in the house, small maintenance and repair works for electric stoves and microwave ovens, small maintenance and repair works for motorbikes and bicycles, and so on.

Traditionally girls and women don’t do those works, and only boys and men do; therefore, boys and men think girls and women are stupid. So, girls and women should do those works so that boys and men will respect them.-

Secondly, when boys and men do somethings or say somethings bad against girls and women, such as touching the body – butt, cheek, head… or anywhere on the body, girls and women should say to him: “No. That’s offensive and illegal.” Don’t be silent.

When a boy/man say to a girl/woman and women that: “Oh girl, you don’t know it”, “Oh woman, you can’t do it”, the girl/woman should say to him that: “No. That’s offensive to women.” Don’t be silent.

Girls and women should stand up to be smart, independent and strong, so that boys and men will respect them.

Have a nice day.
