Dưới đây là vài clips nhạc phim trong phim Mùi đu đủ xanh. Đây là bộ phim duy nhất cho đến nay của điện ảnh Việt Nam lọt vào danh sách đề cử vòng cuối cùng của Giải Oscar cho phim ngoại ngữ hay nhất.

Mùi đu đủ xanh là phim điện ảnh nói tiếng Việt năm 1993, với bối cảnh ở Sài Gòn thập niên 1950, được sản xuất tại Pháp của đạo diễn người Pháp gốc Việt Trần Anh Hùng. Phim đã đoạt giải camera vàng tại Liên hoan phim Cannes 1993, một giải César cho phim đầu tay hay nhất và nhận đề cử cho giải Oscar cho phim ngoại ngữ hay nhất tại lễ trao giải Oscar lần thứ 66. The land rent in some industrial zones in Hai Phong, Bac Ninh and Hai Duong has increased by 20-30 percent.

Covid-19 has temporarily disrupted investments, but the interest in Vietnam remains strong as it is expected to be the new industrial power in the region. Investors are still seeking land and workshops to prepare their plans.
