Mỗi khi đụng chuyện chúng ta thường quýnh lên – ta nổi nóng hay ta lo sợ, và ta cảm thấy phải làm gì đó tức thì – phải đính chính gì đó, phải phân trần gì đó, phải nói gì với ai đó, phải la lối gì đó, v.v…
Đây cũng là điều tự nhiên. Thường thì mình phải làm gì đó tức thì để chỉnh sửa lỗi lầm hầu cản trở mọi tai hại tức thì. Ví dụ: Mình đã viết một lỗi chính tả trầm trọng nào đó trên Facebook. Bạn mình cho biết và mình phải chỉnh sửa tức thì trước khi có nhiều người đọc thêm.

Many people solve problems of our country with a lot of pain. However a few people solve with a little pain, or no suffering.
So how to solve problems of our country without suffering?
Or, how to reach calmness when solving problems of our country?
To keep the equanimity heart.
Example: While I’m working for the rights of women and girls, I usually pray to Jesus and Buddha that: “Please keep my heart in equanimity. Yes, the equanimous heart. You and I know that the best thing I can do for them all, both the persecutors and the mourners, is to keep the equanimity heart.”
The world always has persecutors and mourners. The best thing we can do for them all is to keep the equanimity heart. And we will solve the problems of our country deeper and better.
Keep the equanimity heart.

USAID helps Vietnam strengthen e-Government capacity
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this effect was signed by Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung and USAID Acting Director Bradley Bessire in Hanoi on October 13.
Under the MoU, the USAID will also help the Vietnamese side further develop the national public service portal, an electric platform connecting the Government with people and enterprises.
The battle over the island may be a Cold War relic, but it will shape the future.

More than 71% of wards and communes in Ho Chi Minh City have been recognised as “clean” areas – one of the outstanding results of the 200-day emulation movement held to celebrate its upcoming municipal Party Congress.
The movement also had a positive spill-over effect, helping the city take steps towards becoming “a rubbish-free city”.
