James Brown sáng tác, trình diễn và sản xuất ca khúc này. Bài hát thuộc thể loại nhạc soul và funk, được phát hành vào tháng 11/1965. Một vài tháng trước khi đĩa đơn được phát hành, Brown đã trình diễn bài hát này trong phim tuổi teen Ski Party có Frankie Avalon đóng.

Kinh nghiệm quản lý lớn nhất mà mình học được là từ kinh doanh Việt kiều. Mình nói Việt kiều là vì mình quan sát phần lớn ở Việt kiều Mỹ. Nhưng thực chất phải nói đó là Việt Nam, người Việt, vì kiểu đó là kiểu của người Việt cả trong và ngoài nước. Chỉ gọi là Việt kiều vì họ ra nước ngoài có thêm cái cầu sau lưng (kiều là cầu) 🙂 (Nhưng, lại nhưng, gọi là Việt kiều là gọi sai mà thành đúng, vì chẳng ai thèm sửa. Hoa kiều là người Hoa ở Việt Nam, Thái kiều và người Thái ở Việt Nam. “Người Việt ở nước ngoài” là “Người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài” – từ chính thức của Bộ Ngoại Giao Việt Nam – không phải là Việt kiều. Last week’s 2021 Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) report, released by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), revealed that Quang Ninh, Haiphong, and Dong Thap were the most improved localities last year.
All three have facilitated business performance and boosted administrative reform in favour of private sector development.

The first US policy with implications for healthcare in other countries is the global gag rule, first enacted by Ronald Reagan in 1984. Under this policy, non-US organisations that receive US government funding cannot provide, refer for, or promote abortion as a method of family planning. Successive US presidents have decided whether to enact or revoke the policy. President Joe Biden set it aside when he took office in 2021.
