Established rule: Concerning dispute on decedent’s estate, in the situation where an inheritor contributing to the added value of the property does not agree to divide the decedent’s estate due to the expiration of the statute of limitations, if the Court still decides to divide the decedent’s estate, it shall take into account his contribution to the added value of the decedent’s estate even though the inheritor does not request the Court to do so.
