An Essay in Philosophy and Cross-Cultural Dialogue

This essay is framed within a perspective of intercultural dialogue.
It first proposes an approach to Antiquity imbued with poetic and supra-historical resonance, from which emerges the “original miracle” manifested both in Greek history and in many other cultural traditions. This “miracle,” understood as an unprecedented and inaugural event, embodies the advent of human consciousness of being. It constitutes a fundamental opening to an experience of transcendence, even to the divine dimension inherent in this being.
