Ca sĩ Harry và tay ghita Stein – bạn trai của Harry – cùng ở trong ban nhạc Blondie. Cả hai đã cùng nhau viết bài hát này trong căn hộ dơ bẩn của họ ở New York. Tay keyboard Jimmy Destri đã kiếm cho họ một cái móc gài synthersizer. Kết quả đã mang nhạc punk và nhạc disco lại với nhau trên sàn nhảy. Destri nói, “Chris (Stein) luôn muốn làm nhạc disco. Trong các môn học chúng ta nên học, thì môn “học làm người” có lẽ là quan trọng nhất vì, dù chương trình chi tiết là gì, “học làm người” phải là môn quan trọng nhất cho con người. Nhưng môn này hầu như vắng bóng trong mọi chương trình giáo dục của thế giới.

Ở các lớp vườn trẻ, mẫu giáo và tiểu học, các em được dạy lễ phép, kính trọng thầy cô, vâng lời bố mẹ, tốt với bạn bè, thương người khuyết tật, thương người nghèo khổ, thương yêu loài vật… Đó là một chút học làm người, và bắt đầu đến cấp 2 trở lên thì các môn học lễ phép này cũng từ từ ngưng hết. LÂM ĐỒNG — The Department of Transport in the Central Highland province of Lâm Đồng reported 200 degraded bridges across the province, threatening the safety of users.

Director of the department, Trương Hữu Hiệp, told Vietnam News Agency that of the degraded bridges, as many as 112 ones were listed as “seriously degraded” and required urgent maintenance.
