Hanoi administrators are calling on residents of a village outside the Vietnamese capital to remain calm and cooperate with authorities, after they took more than two dozen law enforcement officers hostage during a protest on Saturday.

Today the five international judges for the Monsanto Tribunal presented their legal opinion, which include key conclusions, both on the conduct of Monsanto and on the need for important changes to international laws governing multinational corporations.
The judges conclude that Monsanto has engaged in practices that have impinged on the basic human right to a healthy environment, the right to food and the right to health. Additionally, Monsanto’s conduct has a negative impact on the right of scientists to freely conduct indispensable research.

Đương nhiên là chúng ta biết luyện tâm, cũng như luyện bất kì điều gì, chúng ta phải tập trung tập luyện lâu ngày. Tuy nhiên trong mọi môn học, thì môn luyện tâm là bị hiểu sai nhiều nhất. Tại sao? Tại vì tâm thì trừu tượng, nên thiên hạ có thể nói trừu tượng lung tung mà không biết đúng sai, và tập lung tung cũng không biết đúng sai. Như học võ thì biết đúng sai ngay, vì thi đấu lần nào cũng bị đấm sưng hàm thì biết ngay là mình có gì đó chưa tốt. HÀ NỘI — Four provinces in Việt Nam have reported six outbreaks of bird flu, according to the Department of Animal Health.The provinces affected are Vĩnh Long, Đăk Lắk, Quảng Ninh and Thừa Thiên-Huế.
An outbreak was detected in the southern province of Vĩnh Long on Saturday at a household in Bình Tân District’s Mỹ Thuận Commune which affected 300 chicken.
