Chào các bạn,

Hôm nay mình giới thiệu với các bạn bài hát Belly Breathe  – hơi thở từ bụng rất vui nhộn. Vừa là bài tập thở bụng vừa có khả năng giúp “điều chỉnh” những cơn giận, niềm vui, nỗi buồn.

Chúng ta có thể kết hợp bài tập thở bụng này với bài New way to walk – Cách mới để đi bộ 😀

Now Elmo feels like himself again

Your mad monster may appear at any time and any place
And that mad monster will make you make a mad monster face
He makes you want to push he makes you want to shove
There’s a way to calm that monster bring out the monster love!
