 – An estimated 10 million people worldwide are statelessincluding three million officially, a status that deprives them of an identity, rights, and often jobs, the United Nations refugee agency said on Friday.

Muslim Rohingyas in Buddhist-majority Myanmar form the world’s biggest stateless minority, with some 600,000 having fled violence and repression since late August and taken refuge in Bangladesh, it said.

She was Trinh Thi Hong, director of Minh Hong Biotechnology Company based in Da Nang.

Hong’s washing liquid is made after a special process. It needs 3 kilograms of plant waste to create 2 liters of finished liquid. The waste is cleaned (tree leaves, vegetables, flowers and fruits) and cut it into 3 cm pieces. It is mixed with 10 kilograms of water and 300 grams of sugar and put in in a closed bucket for 30 days.

Viet Nam News BẠC LIÊU — The Department of Planning and Investment of the Mekong Delta province of Bạc Liêu signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the South Korea-based SY Group to build a solar power project in Đông Hải District.

Under the MoU, the SY Group will construct a 400ha solar power plant in Long Điền Đông Commune, Đông Hải District, by June 2019 with a total investment of more than VNĐ10.24 trillion, or over US$450.5 million.
