HÀ NỘI — The first cargo train on the 854-km route connecting Việt Nam and southwest China departed from China’s Kunming City for Hải Phòng Port on Tuesday afternoon.
The Jinlai Shunfa international logistics company, which is operating the route, said the train, carrying 32 containers of raw materials for the chemical industry, would reach Việt Nam within four to six days.
Jesus,
Please.
Search my heart.
If there is any Satan’s thinking in it,
then clean it.
Allow it to become a pure heart
and your home
in every moment of all my life.
Amen.

Over half of brand name drugs in Vietnam with expired intellectual property rights are still being sold at exorbitant prices while authorities fail to update their patent status and allow the production of cheaper generic versions of the drug.
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has called for joint efforts from the Ministry of Health and Vietnam Social Insurance (VSI) to tackle the issue and lower drug prices, a move which would benefit both medical patients and the state welfare program.

Wood carving and painting is a profession with a long tradition in Vietnamese culture. In its long history of development, crimson and gilded objects with fine carvings, red paint, and sparkling gold, not only reflect the aesthetics and skills of craftsmen but also express historical values of Vietnamese culture.
The Vietnam National Museum of History is organising an exhibition showcasing more than 100 lacquered and gilded wooden artifacts, selected from its collection of woodworks that have been studied, collected and preserved for many years by the museum.
Crimson and gilded wooden treasures are not only historical stories, but also artworks expressing the aesthetic thought and talent of artisans, containing ideals from history, art, customs, religion and beliefs of Vietnamese people.
