The prayer series

Jesus,

You say,
“In a little while you will see me no more,
and then after a little while you will see me.”*

Yes, you say truly.
In a little while I see you no more,
and then after a little while I see you.

Because
you are who you are,
I am who I am not,
so in a little while I see you no more,
and then after a little while I see you.

You are who you are.
You never die.
You are not born.
You are who you are.

I am who I am not.
I live.
I die.
I am born again.
When I die, I will not see you.
When I am born again, I will see you again.

Although I live or die,
you are in me.
Love is in me.

Love is in me and around me.
Love never lets me be alone.
Love loves me.
