“28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30, KJV).

Jesus,
The world is going crazy, the humans are going insane. Our world is in trouble, and our individual hearts are in trouble.
You are our friend and our Almighty God. You are God and you have come to live among us, to teach us love. You have conquered the evil one and have connected us back to God, to erase all our sins. Continue reading Prayer for today
Thank you, Jesus, for choosing me and opening my eyes, my ears, my mind, and my spirit.
Without you, I would have been in the dark still, with greed, hatred, ignorance, arrogance, and a calloused heart. Continue reading Thank you Jesus

5 Some time later, Jesus went up to Jerusalem for one of the Jewish festivals. 2 Now there is in Jerusalem near the Sheep Gate a pool, which in Aramaic is called Bethesda[a] and which is surrounded by five covered colonnades. 3 Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. [4] [b] —and they waited for the moving of the waters. 4 From time to time an angel of the Lord would come down and stir up the waters. The first one into the pool after each such disturbance would be cured of whatever disease they had. 5 One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. 6 When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.” 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.

Mến,
Jesus,
Thanks to your help in organizing our things,
I became a home organizer.
Although this new job often gives me headaches,
I still do quite well
because I know I wouldn’t be able to do without you.
You and me, we are a team.
Amen.

Jesus,
The story you teach us is great –
“The parable of the wedding banquet.” (Matthew 22:1-14)
…
The king here was God.
The king invited some special persons to come to a wedding banquet for his son.
It meant that God invited some special persons to come the kingdom of heaven.
Special persons here were those who have studied the Bible for a long time, or gentle persons, or persons who do more good things and less bad things…
God invited those who were deserved to come to the kingdom of heaven,
“But they refused to come.” Continue reading Prayer 803
Jesus,
Before knowing you, I fear many things.
Example:…
After knowing you,
I fear them not.
Truly,
“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
“You are my shepherd, I lack nothing.”
(Psalm 23, NKJV)..
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
Confiding in you,
“Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes with the morning.” (Psalm 30:5, ESV)
Truly “You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
you have loosed my sackcloth
and clothed me with gladness,
that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever!” (Psalm 30:11-12, ESV)
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
When you called your first disciples,
you only said,
“Follow me”,
immediately they followed you. (Matthew 18-22)
They didn’t say,
“First let me go and finish the exam,”
or “First let me go and have a good job,”
or “First let me go and take care of my dears.”
Even they didn’t say,
“First let me go back and say goodbye to my family.” (Luke 9:57-62)
They followed you immediately.
Following you like that.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
“Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.”
(Psalm 23, NKJV).
“The valley of the shadow of death” can be understood as
big things in the life like difficult jobs or difficult relations. Continue reading Prayer 799
Jesus,
Because you said,
“If someone slaps you on one cheek,
turn to them the other also” (Luke 6:29),
I have done it.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
You are my one and only boy friend.
…
Remember 2015,
in Rooster Church (Danang),
a priest asked me, “Do you go alone?”
I answered,
“No, I don’t. I go with my boy friend.”
“Where is he?”
“There.”
I pointed my finger at your statue.
The priest was shocked.
