Monsanto has offered “agricultural scholarships” to Vietnamese students in a thinly disguised promotion of their GMO (genetically mutated) seeds in Vietnam. Paul’s letter, below, to the organization Room to Read, should be thoughtfully considered by all veterans and their families, every concerned citizen in America and Vietnam, and government leaders in both countries.
