The prayer series

Jesus,

When you saw Nathanael approaching,
you said of him,
“Here truly is an Israelite in whom there is no deceit.”*

Nathanael was the person who said about you,
“Nazareth! Can anything good come from there?”

You knew Nathanael didn’t feel good about you,
but you didn’t care.
You cared how to make Nathanael feel good.
And Nathanael really felt good after meeting you.

I love you, Jesus.
