Jesus,
With the injured index and middle fingers of the right hand,
how can I cut apples and rambutans to eat?
…
Ah, I know.
I do like that.
Thank you for showing me the way.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
With the injured index and middle fingers of the right hand,
how can I cut apples and rambutans to eat?

Ah, I know.
I do like that.
Thank you for showing me the way.

PTH
Jesus,
I need to iron clothes.
With many long dresses
and only one handheld steamer,
how to do this easier?
…
Ah, we have an old coat rack.
So I hang my clothes on the hooks of the rack
and iron them.
Easy.
Though I have the rack,
you still help me.
You lift my long dresses for me
so that my work is lighter.
Great.
You are truly my help.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
Cook with me.
I can’t cook well without you.
…
So what do we do now?
Ah, cracking two eggs into a bowl,
then frying them and adding pepper.
Cutting and toasting a baguette.
Adding butter and soy sauce into one side of the baguette.
Then putting a few slices of cucumber,
the omelette, cheese and chili sauce into the other side of the baguette. Continue reading Prayer 793
Jesus,
“Everything is meaningless.”
“Wisdom is meaningless.”
“Pleasures are meaningless.”
“Wisdom and folly are meaningless.”
“Toil is meaningless.”
“Advancement is meaningless.”
“Riches are meaningless.”
…
So “there is nothing better for a person than to enjoy their work.”
…
Ecclesiastes is great.
I love it.
I hope I can understand the Book more.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
I have never used pliers,
but now I have to adjust a cabinet door.
Help me.
Take my hand and use it according to your plan.
…
Done.
My God, we fixed a closet.
Wonderful.
Thank you, Jesus.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
Useless is one of the words people often tell me
all my life, from childhood to now.
If I hadn’t met you, I would have died when I was 20 years old.
You give me dyslexia.
It makes my life difficult.
However, everything you give me is good,
I never criticize the gift you give me.
Everything that comes to me only brings me closer to you.
For the rest of my life I vow to stick with you.
You are my life and my hope.
In you, I live.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
I’d like natural make-up today.
Could you please do my makeup for me?
And could you choose a dress for me?
…
Great. I’m very satisfied.
…
The old woman say to me, “you’re pretty.”
That’s your work.
Thank you, Jesus.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
Where are my cotton buds?
I need them but now I don’t remember where I keep them.
Please help me.
…
My God, this pencil pot?
No, I didn’t put the cotton buds in it.
But OK, I’ll open the pot.
Oh, here are they.
Unbelievable.
Thank you, Jesus, for finding things for me.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
I myself am your temple
and your Spirit is within me.
So please do not let me fall.
I trust in you.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
A new day is coming.
A new journey is coming.
Please
do not let me fear
and do not let me be dismayed.
Strengthen me and help me.
Uphold me with your righteous right hand.
You are my God.
Amen.
PTH
Jesus,
The story you teach us is strange –
“the parable of the workers in the vineyard.” (Matthew 20:1-16).
A person working 9 hours and a person working 1 hour are paid the same.
A person bearing the burden of the work and the heat of the day
and a person working only one cool hour about five in the afternoon
are paid the same.
Why?
Why is the kingdom of heaven like that?
Is God fair to everyone? Continue reading Prayer 785
Jesus,
You say,
“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago,
‘You shall not murder,
and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’
But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment.
Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is answerable to the court.
And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell. Continue reading Prayer 784
Jesus,
Working with the young person of generation Z is difficult
because his mind easily wanders
and he often thinks about himself as the best,
a person can do big things well,
but truly even small things, he doesn’t do well.
So I need to talk with him simply and clearly,
depending on his ability to receive information,
at his right time,
so that he can understand and do exactly what I want. Continue reading Prayer 782
Jesus,
Every time I hear the voice of the mother next door teaching her daughter to spell,
I feel a little discomfort.
The daughter is about 7 years old.
Her mom teaches her how to spell.
Most of the time, the mother is annoyed because her daughter can’t remember how to spell.
I think the little girl is a dyslexic,
a person who has dyslexia, a mental issue causing difficulties in learning. Continue reading Prayer 781
Jesus,
All things you give me are good.
So please help me see good things in people
and good things from them coming to me.
Help me say “thank you” with what they do.
…
I did it.
I feel I love them more.
Thank you, Jesus, for loving me very much.
Thank you for letting me dwell in your house again
and eat and drink with you again.
Amen.
