Viet Nam News HÀ NỘI — Authorities in the Central Highlands province of Đắk Lắk have made the decision to scrap plans for constructing 17 small and medium hydropower plants with total capacity of 27.4 megawatts.

The province has also axed 69 sites which have potential to become future stations, with combined capacity totalling 117 megawatts.

Câu nói thứ hai của Gary Schwitzer trong cuộc nói chuyện qua điện thoại của chúng tôi nghe có vẻ như không thực là một sự chấp nhận cho việc kiểm chứng sự thật.

Thực tế, điều này chỉ ra một thách thức mà những người phải kiểm chứng sự thật phải đối mặt hàng ngày.  Những tuyên bố mà các viên chức được đắc cử hoặc các phương tiện truyền thông đưa ra có thể chính xác nhưng lại gây hiểu nhầm do việc bỏ sót hoặc thiếu bối cảnh.  Những tuyên bố này đôi khi thật khó để phát hiện theo một cách rõ ràng cho người đọc, nhưng cũng không kém phần quan trọng hơn là những đó là ở đâu đó số liệu bị can thiệp một cách trắng trợn.

State management agencies have established ‘one-stop-shop’ units to ease administrative procedures that people and businesses have to follow. However, the units still cannot help. Businesses still have to spend three months on procedures which can be completed in one month.

The new general education programming became a hot topic of discussion on education forums after MOET opened the draft frame curriculum for public opinion some days ago.

Many parents have expressed their concern that the new general education programming would once again fail like many other multi-trillion dong reform programs. If so, big money will be lost, while an entire generation of students will be spoiled.

Vietnamese students were once the ‘victims’ of the majoring-based classifying program initiated in 1993. Under the program, high-school students were classified into three groups. A-group were students majoring in natural sciences, while B-group comprised students majoring in technology and C-group social sciences.

Lying on the banks of Red River, Kim Lan pottery village in Gia Lam district, Hanoi has a more than 1,000 year-history of making of ceramics.


The craft reached its peak around the 13th and 14th centuries, making the village a pottery production centre for the capital city of Thang Long (now Hanoi). During that time, most of the country’s ceramic products exported to Japan were made in the village.

However, the craft fell into oblivion in the 17th century before being revived in the last three decades

Mặc định kiến thức nền tảng của các bạn ấy chưa tốt nên tôi chữa bài rất chậm và tỉ mỉ. Đến bài khó tôi dừng lại hỏi, có ai thắc mắc gì không? Một lần có sinh viên hỏi: “Vận tốc là gì hả thầy?”. Tôi thấy rất bối rối. Vì đang nói câu chuyện về con tàu siêu thanh, thì có bạn lại hỏi đi bộ là gì. Tôi hỏi cả lớp, có ai có câu hỏi tương tự không? Nhiều cánh tay giơ lên. Chúng tôi phải bắt đầu lại từ đầu, giống như khi học bảng cửu chương vậy.

HÀ NỘI — Deputy Prime Minister Vương Đình Huệ has ordered inspections on some 60 real estate projects this year over suspicions of land misuse by equitised enterprises.The projects have showed signs of violations of the Land Law, and their calculation of land use levy and land rental prices is not close to market prices, causing losses to the State budget, according to the Ministry of Finance (MoF).

The Deputy Prime Minister asked the MoF to provide the Government Inspectorate with a list of the properties and their registered land use purpose for the inspections.

HÀ NỘI – The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) has said that China’s statement on halting fishing activities for a limited period in the waters belonging to Việt Nam’s sovereignty is valueless.In a document sent to provincial People’s Committees nationwide, the ministry noted that China’s Bureau of Fisheries temporality halted fishing activities from 12:00 of May 1 to 12:00 of August 16 in sea areas, including China’s waters in joint fishing grounds with Việt Nam (in the east of the demarcation line in Tonkin Gulf) and sea areas belonging to Việt Nam.
