Charity is not different from teeth brushing,
writing trà đàm is not different from playing with quail eggs,
heart healing is not different from enjoying the sunlight…

An equanimity heart sees all things as the same.
Discriminate neither in favor of great things nor against tiny things. Discriminate neither in favor of lofty things nor against lowly things.

An equanimity heart with all things is like that.
