The State Department advisory warned that the security law, which came into force in June, could subject Americans who have been publicly critical of China “to a heightened risk of arrest, detention, expulsion, or prosecution.”
The security law targets what it deems acts of secession, subversion, terrorism and collusion with foreign elements, but critics say the broad wording also gives the authorities wide-ranging powers to target voices of dissent. Dozens of people in Hong Kong have already been arrested under the law, including Jimmy Lai, a prominent pro-democracy media tycoon.

With Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc calling on HCM City to “urbanise the district while preserving its mangrove forests,” the city plans to solicit investment in the district, especially in major projects like the Can Gio Sea Encroachment project, Can Gio Bridge, an upgrade of the Rung Sac route, and building a ferry port.

Mỗi người đều có thiện có ác, thế giới có thiện có ác. Và nếu chúng ta muốn chính mình hạnh phúc, an lạc, và thành công, chúng ta phải thấy thiện lành trong người khác và trong thế giới.
Cái nhìn của chúng ta về bất kì điều gì cũng khởi động Luật Hấp Dẫn. Nếu chúng ta thường xuyên thấy thế giới tồi tệ và con người tồi tệ, chúng ta sẽ hấp dẫn tồi tệ vào chính mình và vào thế giới của mình.

Đường đời là đường chúng ta đi từ lúc đầu sinh ra cho tới khi chết. Đường này có hai khúc rõ rệt. Khúc đầu tiên khá trơn tru và thẳng, từ lúc mới sinh ra cho đến khoảng hết đại học. Đây là khúc không có nhiều thay đổi hay trục trặc. Mỗi năm lên một lớp. Trừ khi bạn ngày nào cũng trốn học đi chơi, bằng không thì bạn sẽ mỗi năm lên một lớp, cho đến khi hết đại học. Đều đều và bình lặng như thế. Khúc thứ hai là khúc bắt đầu khi bạn đi làm, nói chung là sau khi xong đại học, cho đến lúc về với ông bà. Và đây là khúc thực sự vô thường, thay đổi biến hóa liên tục. Và khúc này là khúc phân chia thánh nhân và ác quỷ, thiện và ác, thành và bại.

Hôm rồi mình nói chuyện về mấy bạn chuồn chuồn đến đậu ở cây nhà mình rất hiền lành. Chạm tay vào, cũng không bay đi mà vẫn đứng yên. Có vẻ còn thích được vuốt ve.
Trong clip này, bạn chuồn chuồn đậu trên cái lá. Mình lấy ngón tay chạm nhẹ nhẹ, vuốt ve cánh bạn chuồn chuồn ngô (ngô nghê?). Không biết sao có tên ngô. Mình chỉ nhớ hồi nhỏ bắt chuồn chuồn ngô dễ hơn chuồn chuồn ớt rất nhiều. Chuồn chuồn ớt có lẽ mắt tinh hơn, bay nhanh lắm, gần như không bao giờ bắt được. Continue reading Chạm vào chuồn chuồn
