Brothers and Sisters,
A man who is writing a book on Taoism asks me to read his draft version and share my comments. I read and realize that this man has zero knowledge on Taoism. My God, a person has absolutely no knowledge about a subject is trying to publish a book about the subject. I point out his huge errors, but I don’t know how to tell him stop writing.
This case is not about someone who has low level of knowledge. He has zero knowledge, and he simply put his own weird ideas down, and plans to sell his book.
I have told you guys many times about fake teachers and this case is world-class fake teacher.
I feel very sad about this. How could the world go down so low, even among the so-called intellectuals.
Brothers and sisters, honesty means when you know something, tell people that you know, and you may teach them; and when you don’t know something, just tell people you don’t know.
The problem is not just about knowledge. The problem goes to dishonesty and cheating, the moral values of a person.
Many intellectuals today talk with big words to hide the fact that they don’t know what they are saying. Big words sound good and threatening, but people with true knowledge will talk about world problems to a third grader in the language that the child will understand.
This is a world of of fake teachers and fake knowledge, when people can just take a three-week course to become a certified coach, instructor, or the like, and go out and sell their “expertise” to gullible folks.
That is simply immoral.
My friends, what you don’t want to be done to you, don’t do it to others.
Treat others as your true brothers and sisters. Don’t cheat them. Love them. We all are brothers and sisters in the humanity flock.
With compassion,
Hoành

Yes, Uyên. Education has become comnercial. But that is only one symptom of the fundamental disease of rotting morality.
