Dear brothers and sisters,

Encountering who we don’t like is suffering. However, when looking at the life through God’s eyes, we’ll see that is God’s grace because that is a chance to practice equanimity heart.

Encountering the proud is a chance to practice seeing  the humble and the proud as the same.

Encountering the liar is a chance to practice seeing the truthteller and the liar asthe same.

Encountering the selfish is a chance to practice seeing the selfish and the selfless as the same.

Encoutering the people hater is a chance to practice seeing the people lover and the people hater as  the same.

Encountering who we don’t like is a chance to practice equanimity heart.

Look at the life through God’s eyes to see graces God giving us. God loves eveyone – the good, the bad, the ugly.
