US investigates possibility of Covid-19 spread originating in Chinese lab
(CNN)US intelligence and national security officials say the United States government is looking into the possibility that the novel coronavirus spread from a Chinese laboratory rather than a market, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter who caution it is premature to draw any conclusions.
The theory is one of multiple being pursued by investigators as they attempt to determine the origin of the coronavirus that has resulted in a pandemic and killed hundreds of thousands. The US does not believe the virus was associated with bioweapons research and the sources indicated there is currently no indication the virus was man-made. Officials noted that the intelligence community is also exploring a range of other theories regarding the origination of the virus, as would typically be the case for high-profile incidents, according to an intelligence source.The theory has been pushed by supporters of the President, including some congressional Republicans, who are eager to deflect criticisms of Trump’s handling of the pandemic.

Tĩnh lặng là Phật Thích Ca. Phật Thích Ca rất tĩnh lặng. Chúa Giêsu thì còn khóc, nhưng chẳng ai nói Phật Thích Ca khóc. Đó là tĩnh lặng.
Nhưng tĩnh lặng là một khái niệm khó hiểu, và do đó mọi người hiểu sai: Thiên hạ thường hiểu tĩnh lặng là vô cảm – dù điều gì xảy ra mình cũng cứ trơ trơ như đá, không cảm xúc nào. Và người ta tu Thiền để trở thành vô cảm, trơ trơ như đá. (Xem truyện Thiền Không có từ tâm).
Bồ tát yêu thương chúng sinh vô tận. Thấy chúng sinh khờ khạo, si mê, làm nhiều điều điên rồ, mà không thương cảm, đau lòng, thì đương nhiên đó là vô cảm. Không phải trái tim đầy yêu thương của Bồ tát. Bồ tát mà yêu thương đến mức chảy nước mắt như Giêsu là chuyện thường. Đó là cảm xúc của trái tim, đó là yêu thương.
Nhưng yêu thương đến mức đau đớn và cảm xúc như thế mà không xung động, không nổi điên, không làm điều điên rồ… thì đó là tĩnh lặng.
Trái tim mình yêu và đau, nhưng mình vẫn bình tĩnh, bình tâm, tĩnh lặng, để biết làm gì, thì mới là chuyện khó. Trái tim vô cảm, trơ trơ như đá, và vẫn ngồi yên trơ trơ dù thiên hạ đau khổ thế nào, thì đó là “Trơ trơ” (TT), chẳng là Tĩnh lặng (TL).
Các bạn, nếu các bạn thực sự yêu người, yêu tất cả mọi người, và yêu cuộc đời khốn khó này, các bạn sẽ đau đớn trong tim thường xuyên, nhưng các bạn cũng sẽ tĩnh lặng. Vì khi ta yêu mọi người đồng đều như nhau – cả thế giới đều si mê như nhau nên ta yêu mọi người như nhau, dù rằng bên ngoài có vẻ như có người thiện kẻ ác, thiện ác đều si mê, mẹ yêu các con dù đứa tốt đứa xấu vì các con đều khờ khạo như nhau – cho nên ta chẳng thể nổi nóng hay sân hận. Nóng với ai? Hận với ai? Mình yêu mọi người mà?
Chính nhờ yêu người mà ta Tĩnh lặng, để nhìn vào những lý do sâu thẳm nhất của mọi vấn đề, ở nơi sâu thẳm nhất trong trái tim mọi người, và tìm cách giải quyết vấn đề ở mức sâu thẳm nhất – giúp cho mọi người có được trái tim yêu thương và tinh tuyền trở lại.
Các bạn, đó là Tĩnh lặng. Chẳng phải là trơ trơ vô cảm.

HCM CITY— Electricity of Việt Nam’s production and import of power increased by 6.3 per cent year-on-year in the first quarter, ensuring safe and uninterrupted supply is available amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
A report by the State power distribution company showed that total power output was 57.29 billion kWh.
Domestic production was 49.28 billion kWh, a 6.47 per cent increase.

China has approved clinical trials for two more experimental vaccines to combat the novel coronavirus, officials said Tuesday, as the world’s scientists race to beat the pandemic.
The vaccines use inactivated coronavirus pathogens, and the approvals pave the way for early-stage human trials, Wu Yuanbin, an official from China’s Ministry of Science and Technology told a regular press briefing.
