Jesus,

As David saw Bethesda bathing on the roof,
her beauty in the moonlight overthrew him.
As Delilah tied Samson to a kitchen chair,
broke his throne and cut his hair.*
Has a faith ever been tested?

Jesus,

You said,
“I am the light of the world.
Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness,
but will have the light of life.”**

I follow you.

I love you.
