I rarely ask myself that question. I also rarely ask God that question.
Sorrow sometimes comes to me, or my face is sometimes sad. But I don’t care about sorrow, or my face, or asking myself or God that “When will my hurts and pains and sorrows go?”Continue reading Freedom from sadness→

China has approved clinical trials for two more experimental vaccines to combat the novel coronavirus, officials said Tuesday, as the world’s scientists race to beat the pandemic.
The vaccines use inactivated coronavirus pathogens, and the approvals pave the way for early-stage human trials, Wu Yuanbin, an official from China’s Ministry of Science and Technology told a regular press briefing.
Chúng ta nói về trái tim mình. Nhà Phật nói “Tâm là chủ”. Chúa Giêsu nói: “Nơi nào là kho báu của bạn, đó cũng là nơi trái tim bạn.” (For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Matt 6:21).
Before knowing God, my dream is to have a lover, having a social position, doing volunteer, and being like God. After knowing God, my dream is to be one with God.
HO CHI MINH CITY (Reuters) – A Vietnamese entrepreneur in Ho Chi Minh City has invented a 24/7 automatic dispensing machine providing free rice for people out of work following an ongoing nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Vietnam has reported 262 COVID-19 cases, and no deaths so far, but as a result of a 15-day social distancing programme that began on March 31 many small businesses have been shuttered and thousands of people temporarily laid off from work.

HANOI – A Chinese ship embroiled in a standoff with Vietnamese vessels last year has returned to waters near Vietnam as the United States accused China of pushing its presence in the South China Sea while other claimants are pre-occupied with the coronavirus.
Vietnamese vessels last year spent months shadowing the Chinese Haiyang Dizhi 8 survey vessel in resource-rich waters that are a potential global flashpoint as the United States challenges China’s sweeping maritime claims.

HANOI, April 14 (Reuters) – Vietnam’s government said it will target annual gross domestic product growth of 7% during the 2021-2025 period, even as the COVID-19 pandemic threatens to derail global trade and production.

Although we have a lot of money or no money, having a lot of time or no time, having a lot of quiet spaces or a lot of noisy spaces, having many people understand us or nobody, being healthy or being tired…, when we want to enjoy life, we enjoy life. Nothing can make us not enjoy life.

As COVID-19 expands across the southern hemisphere, governments there have a lot to learn from Vietnam’s approach. Clear communication and government-citizen cooperation that leveraged technology are the main reasons why the country has had relatively few cases.
Much attention has been paid to other models in Asia. Taiwanese health authorities investigated cases of pneumonia reported in Wuhan before community spread occurred. South Korea installed a nonstop emergency response system to screen all travellers entering the country from Wuhan in early January. Similarly, Singapore mobilised an inter-agency taskforce for extensive contact tracing, targeted community quarantine, and aggressive testing, while also covering the costs of screening and treatment.

Despite sharing a border with China, Vietnam has, with a combination of early decisive action, extensive testing, vigorous quarantining and social unity, so far avoided the devastation seen in Europe and the United States.
With coronavirus infections in the mere hundreds, Vietnam’s response to the crisis has earned praise from the World Health Organisation.
Official statistics show there are currently more than 75,000 people in quarantine or isolation. The country has so far conducted more than 121,000 tests, from which only 260 cases were confirmed.
