Được biết đến tại Israel dưới cái tên khai sinh là Achinoam Nini, Noa là nghệ sĩ hàng đầu của âm nhạc thế giới. Sinh tại Tel- Aviv năm1969, Noa sống tại thành phố New York từ năm lên 2 tuổi khi theo gia đình đến nhập cư. Cô một mình quay lại Israel năm 17 tuổi. Sau 2 năm gia nhập một đơn vị văn nghệ quân đội, Noa theo học âm nhạc tại trường Rimon, tại đây cô đã gặp người bạn hợp tác suốt đời Gil Dor.
Noa chịu ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ của các ca-nhạc sĩ-của thập niên 60, như Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell và Leonard Cohen. Nhạc của Noa và Gil D’or đã trở thành độc đáo qua hàng trăm bản nhạc biểu diễn cùng nhau. Noa chơi bộ gõ trống, đàn guitar, và piano. Noa kết hôn với Tiến sĩ Asher Barak, và có 2 con.
Hơn 15 năm ca hát, Gil và Noa đã viết và cho ra mắt 14 album rất thành công, trong đó có 4 album quốc tế là Noa, Calling, Blue Touches Blue, và Now. Ngoài ra, Noa cũng có một album thu trực tiếp với Dàn Nhạc Giao Hưởng Israel và 1 CD, DVD ghi hình và thu âm trực tiếp với The Solis String Quartet ( Tứ Tấu Đàn Dây)

Noa đã đi lưu diễn và song ca với ngôi sao nhạc Rock Sting, cùng Stevie Wonder biểu diễn bài hát Child of Man của cô cho một chương trình TV của CBS, và hát cùng nhiều nghệ sĩ lừng danh như Carlos Santana, Sheryl Crow, George Benson, Jhonny Clegg…
Cô cũng đã được ca ngợi và yêu mến nhờ giọng ca trong vắt cao vút như sơn ca khi xuất hiện trong hàng trăm chương trình hòa nhạc. Cô được những người hâm mộ gọi là Chim Họa Mi của Israel.

Bộ phim này như một câu chuyện cổ tích tuyệt vời minh chứng cho tình yêu, gia đình, và trí tưởng tượng đã chiến thắng bạo lực của quân phát xít Đức. Guido Orefice, một anh bồi bàn gốc Do Thái cùng vợ là cô giáo Dora và cậu con trai Giosue lên 6 tuổi sống tại Ý bị tống vào trại tập trung của phát xít Đức. Từ đó chuỗi ngày tươi đẹp hạnh phúc của họ chuyển sang một trang mới đầy đau thương nhưg không kém phần bi hùng. Với bản tính lạc quan, yêu đời, ý chí mạnh mẽ, nhẫn nại, kiên trì, tính hài hước thông minh và bằng tình yêu thương mãnh liệt của một người cha, Guido đã vận dụng tất cả những phẩm chất ấy để cứu con trai mình qua việc biến cuộc giam cầm trong địa ngục của phát xít như một cuộc chơi. Ngoài nhiều giải thưởng quốc tế khác, bộ phim đoạt 3 giải Oscar trong đó có nhạc phim hay nhất chính là bài hát, và Cuộc đời mãi mãi vẫn tươi đẹp khi ta biết sống, biết hy vọng và vươn lên giành chiến thắng.
