Le Hoai Quoc, president of Sai Gon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), has granted an investment certificate to BSB Investment & Development Co Ltd for the construction of the first silica and nano silica plant in Viet Nam.

CVD và báo đài trong nước đã có nhiều loạt bài nói về sự nguy hại của việc Việt Nam tiếp tục xây dựng các nhà máy nhiệt điện như ở Long An. Những tác hại lớn của nhiệt điện mang đến như ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sức khoẻ cộng đồng do ô nhiễm không khí, huỷ hoại môi trường sống, là bước tụt hậu về chiến lược phát triển năng lượng tái tạo… trong khi thế giới đang phát triển năng lượng tái tạo.

VietNamNet Bridge – Five leading businesses hold 98 percent of Vietnam’s film distribution market, with three of them foreign invested.

The decision to liberalize the movie industry in 1995 opened up a new phase for cinemas in Vietnam. After decades of being controlled by state-owned enterprises, foreign cinema firms entered the market, especially those from South Korea, changing the face of the market.

The 2016 report of CJ CGV, which owns the CGV cinema chain, showed satisfactory business results in the last few years, since it took over Megastar and has developed into the biggest cinema chain in the country.

Over the past few years, a group of veterinary engineers and volunteers have been devoted to the rescue and care of animals, particularly the endangered red-shanked doucs, found on Son Tra Peninsula in the central Vietnamese city of Da Nang.

GreenViet, a Vietnamese animal rights group founded in 2012, has been conducting research and raising people’s awareness of the biodiversity in the central region and the Central Highlands, particularly in conserving the red-shanked douc population on Son Tra.

MANILA: Southeast Asian countries took a softer stance on South China Sea disputes during a weekend summit, according to a statement issued on Sunday, which went easy on China by avoiding tacit references to its building and arming of its manmade islands.

A chairman’s statement of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) was released about 12 hours after the summit ended, and dropped references to “land reclamation and militarization” included in the text issued at last year’s meeting, and in an earlier, unpublished version seen by Reuters on Saturday.

Chúng tôi mới thấu hiểu rằng phía sau những đồng ngoại tệ gửi về gia đình ở quê nhà là mồ hôi, nước mắt, thậm chí là sự tủi nhục mà họ phải chịu nơi xứ người.

Một ngày đầu tháng 4, tại quán ăn Trung Hoa đối diện trung tâm thương mại Low Yat Plaza ở khu trung tâm sầm uất Bukit Bintang, thủ đô Kuala Lumpur, một phụ nữ trung niên nhỏ nhắn cầm thực đơn trên tay, liên tục mời du khách bằng tiếng Hoa. Người phụ nữ này tên Ngô Thị Chung (45 tuổi, quê Nghệ An).
