The prayer series

Jesus,

You know,
when you were tested in the wilderness,
I like how you said to the devil,
“Away from me, Satan!”

You knew the devil.
You knew his treachery.
So you defeated him.

I hold your hand all the time,
So with your wisdom and power
I too will defeat the devil.

Thank you, Jesus.

I love you.
