Dear brothers and sisters,

How to be calm before the fools? Fools as liars, betrayers, persons despising others, persons who are dishonest, persons doing stupid things…?

Love the fools.

Loving the fools, we are calm.

If we ourselves love the fools, it’s hard. If we ask God to help us, it’s easy. So ask God to help us love people.

Don’t pray to God that: “God, please help me clean the fools out our peaceful and beautiful world. I hate the fools. They make me not calm…” Don’t pray like that.

Pray to God that, for example: “God, please keep me as a channel of your peace. (Prayer of Saint Francis – Make me a channel of your peace). Please keep me calm so that you may use me as an instrument of your peace works on earth…”(Prayer 642, PTH).

Praying to God and loving people, we are calm. Not loving people, we are not calm, although we pray to God. Not loving all people, only loving this person and hating that person, we are not calm, although we pray to God.

Love all people.
