Jesus,
I miss you.
Although you always stay around me, I miss you.
Everytime I miss you, I open the Holy Bible to read.
Reading the Holy Bible is reading your heart.
I want to understand you more.
(I’m opening the Holy Bible.)
What book do you want me to read?
Psalm?
Okay… I love it…
Uhm…
Ecclesiastes?
Oh, I love it!
Wisdom and folly are meaningless*?
Wow, I read before and I want to think about it now.
How do you know me so well?
Let’s talk about it today, Jesus,
and tomorrow, day after tomorrow…
until I feel I see you more clearly.
I love you, Jesus.
Amen.
PTH

*Ecclesiastes 2:12-16 New International Version (NIV)
Wisdom and Folly Are Meaningless
12 Then I turned my thoughts to consider wisdom,
and also madness and folly.
What more can the king’s successor do
than what has already been done?
13 I saw that wisdom is better than folly,
just as light is better than darkness.
14 The wise have eyes in their heads,
while the fool walks in the darkness;
but I came to realize
that the same fate overtakes them both.
15 Then I said to myself,
“The fate of the fool will overtake me also.
What then do I gain by being wise?”
I said to myself,
“This too is meaningless.”
16 For the wise, like the fool, will not be long remembered;
the days have already come when both have been forgotten.
Like the fool, the wise too must die!
Your comment is so lovely. Thank you.
Goodnight and enjoy your dinner, Nhan.
