Because this song mentions the sea, waves, boats…, more than 10 years ago, passenger boats to Da Nang Bay or to Cu Lao Cham Island in Hoi An often played the song. Oh my God, sitting on a bumpy boat and listening to the love song made me feel smooth, my friends.

This song was composed by Thanh Vuong in 2008 and performed by Dinh Manh Ninh. Nearly 15 years later, the song was covered by new generation singers.

Many religions around the world (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism…) have fasting practices, because religions understand that fasting is good for human health, both physical and mental health.

Fasting in these religions is often linked to self-control, repentance, and spiritual growth.
