Giêsu ơi,

Đừng để em sa vào cám dỗ.*

Cám dỗ thật ngọt ngào,
như yêu người em không nên yêu.

Cám dỗ thật dịu dàng,
như giải trí mọi lúc thay vì học tiếng Anh.

Cám dỗ thật nóng,
như người ta nói em ngu ngốc/ xấu / già…

Và còn nhiều cám dỗ khác em không biết.

Xin đừng để em sa vào cám dỗ.
Hãy giúp em gọi đúng tên của cám dỗ.
Trọn đời em.

Jesus,

Please lead me not into temptation.*

Temptation is sweet,
like falling in love with a person who I shouldn’t love.

Temptation is soft,
like entertaining all the time instead of learning English.

Temptation is hot,
like telling me how fool/ how ugly/ how spinsterish…

And many temptations I don’t know.

Please lead me not into temptation.
Help me to call temptation by his name.
All the days of my life.
