Dear brothers and sisters,
You know that if you want to have a peaceful life, you should live slowly. So do you know how many ways to live slowly? And which way works best for you?
To me, I have been following the way anh Hoành said: “The best way to slow down is to work at a leisurely pace, and focus 100% on doing one thing at a time – this is “right mindfulness”, a branch of the Noble Eightfold Path (right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration) in the Dharmacakravartin Sutta, the first sutta the Buddha taught after his enlightenment.” (Thành công – Success, TĐH).
Right mindfulness is to focus on one thing at a time. I shared to you in my The prayer series, at least 100 posts, about mindful eating, mindful cooking, mindful dishes washing, mindful laundring, mindful ironing…
Practice mindfulness, you will naturally slow down, and your life is naturally peace.
Now, enjoy slow living music and have a nice day.
