Dear Brothers and Sisters,
To the non-believer, everything unplanned is coincident, without any special meaning – You go to the opening ceremony of a new supermarket, and “coincidentally” (tình cờ) meet an old classmate whom you haven’t seen for 20 years. Or, a car going toward you from the opposite direction; all of a sudden it loses direction, crosses the road median, and flies toward you like a rocket; you immediate step on your brake, and the crazy car “coincidentally” misses you by 2 cm – you “coincidentally” miss death by 2 cm.
Bros and sis, if you think every thing in your life is a coincident, then I feel sorry for you. You don’t understand that each “coincident” – which the believers name “miracle” – happens to you for a deep reason: God / Buddha / Allah / Ông Trời / Heaven & Earth (Trời Đất) has planned your “coincident” to tell you something, teach you something, and prepare you for something bigger and better.
Say, the friend you have just met after 20 years happens to be the CEO of the new supermarket chain, and a week after meeting you, he calls and asks if you would like to join him in the management team of his company. Now, you don’t want to say that his call is a coincident, do you?
That phone call is a miracle, my friend. And the meeting you both had at the new supermarket was also a miracle, to prepare for the phone-call miracle later.
And God allows the crazy car to miss you by 2cm, to remind you that life and death are only 2cm apart, so live your life like you may be dead at anytime – have a noble purpose for your life that is worth living for.
My friends, there is a spiritual world parallel to our world, and the divine beings in that world have only one job: to support the beings in our world, especially human beings, to become better every day and to become divine beings someday.
Miracles happen many times in each of your day. If you open your eyes to look, you will see them. Then you shall become a believer, and a saint / a Bodhisattva on the way to complete divinity.
With compassion,
Hoành
