 Chào mọi người,

Mình nghe bài hát này lần đầu tiên vào thời gian mình ở tại ký túc xá trong thời học đại học, và mình thích giai điệu của bài hát ngay từ lần đầu tiên. Bài hát này dù mình có nghe đi nghe lại nhiều lần thì nó vẫn luôn mang lại cho mình nhiều xúc cảm trong lòng, cho mình một cảm giác ấm áp và khiêm nhường trước Jesus. Nhắc nhớ mình sống với tinh thần khiêm cung đó để: Bless the Lord.

10.000 Reasons (Bless the Lord) là bài hát của ca sĩ kiêm nhạc sĩ tôn giáo người Anh Matt Redman trong album thứ 10 cùng tên (2011). Matt Redman đã viết nó cùng với ca sĩ Thụy Điển Jonas Myrin.

Nhiều năm trước mình tập Aikido. Mình vốn dẻo dai, tính tình cũng tương đối nhu hòa, nên tập môn này khá hợp, được thầy cho lên đai vượt cấp khá nhanh (để lên đai, ngoài yếu tố kỹ thuật, thầy còn xét yếu tố tinh thần), từ đai trắng lướt qua đai vàng để lên đai cam, đến đai cam thì đi đúng tốc độ để lên đai đỏ, rồi từ đai đỏ lướt qua đai xanh da trời để lên đai nâu. HCMC garment firm slashes 1,900 jobs due to order shortage

Garment company Garmex Saigon cut 1,947 jobs last year and closed the year with 35 employees during one of the hardest times for the garment sector.

This followed a 1,828-job layoff in 2022, bringing the total number of employees laid off in the last two years to 3,775, according to its financial reports.

Garmex Saigon, which has been operating for two decades, saw revenues plunge 35-fold to VND8.6 billion ($353,183) last year due to a drop in orders. It recorded no order in the last six months of the year.
