VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnam is trying to develop a renewable power market in the long term, and to do this, it must seek foreign capital.

By the end of 2018, the total capacity of renewable power projects had accounted for 2.1 percent of total electricity output in Vietnam.

However, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Cao Quoc Hung affirmed that developing renewable energy to ease the reliance on traditional power generation methods is one of Vietnam’s priority tasks.

La construction de la plus grande centrale solaire du Vietnam d’une puissance de 168 MWp et d’un investissement total d’environ 4.400 milliards de dôngs (194 millions de dollars) a débuté dans la province de Ninh Thuân (Centre).

Frank Phuan, directeur exécutif du group Sunseap, a déclaré que la centrale solaire CMX Renewable Energy Vietnam couvre 186 ha dans la commune de My Son, district de Ninh Son, province de Ninh Thuân (Centre).

Les deux centrales Srekop 1 et Quang Minh constituent un grand complexe solaire. Mis en chantier le 19 octobre 2018, ce complexe a nécessité un investissement total de plus de 2.200 milliards de dongs. D’une puissance totale de 100 MWP, il s’agit du plus grand complexe solaire au Vietnam.

VietNamNet Bridge – Luc Van Tan, a HCM City resident, is considering installing solar power panels on his 35sq.m rooftop to save on electricity bills.

But the initial investment for the panels has made Tan think twice.

It costs between VND25 million (US$1,070) and VND30 million ($1,280) for each 10sq.m panel. That means Tan would have to spend about VND90 million ($3,840).

In spite of the long-term profits solar power brings, many families hesitate to install the panels due to the cost.

Le Comité populaire de la province de Ninh Thuân (Centre) a octroyé la licence à neuf projets d’énergie solaire cumulant un investissement total de plus de 12.000 milliards de dôngs (environ 570 millions de dollars).

Les projets, d’une puissance totale d’environ 500 MW, seront mis en chantier au 2^e et au 3^e trimestres, et devraient être opérationnels fin 2019.

Thủ tướng Chính phủ vừa ban hành Quyết định sửa đổi quy định về giá điện đối với dự án điện mặt trời trên mái nhà.

Thủ tướng Chính phủ ban hành Quyết định sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Quyết định số 11/2017/QĐ-TTg ngày 11/4/2017 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về cơ chế khuyến khích phát triển các dự án điện mặt trời tại Việt Nam. Trong đó, Quyết định sửa đổi quy định về giá điện đối với dự án điện mặt trời trên mái nhà.
