A number of ministries have appointed new deputy ministers.
The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has a new deputy minister, Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoan, who was previously the chief of the Ministry’s office.

Mr. Hoan was born in 1967 in Thanh Hoa province. He holds a bachelor degree on construction economics and bachelor degree in financial economics.

TAIPEI: Two Chinese anti-submarine aircraft flew into Taiwan’s air defence identification zone on Wednesday (Sep 16) and were warned to leave by Taiwan’s air force, the island’s defence ministry said on Thursday, the day a senior US official is due to arrive.
Taiwan has complained repeatedly about stepped up Chinese military activity in the air and waters near it, in what Taipei sees as part of Beijing’s efforts to get them to accept Chinese sovereignty.

With Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc calling on HCM City to “urbanise the district while preserving its mangrove forests,” the city plans to solicit investment in the district, especially in major projects like the Can Gio Sea Encroachment project, Can Gio Bridge, an upgrade of the Rung Sac route, and building a ferry port.

On September 14, Government Inspector General Le Minh Khai represented the Government in reporting to the National Assembly Standing Committee on anti-corruption tasks in 2020.
According to the Government Inspectorate’s report, some high-ranking officials were suspended from work after investigating their involvement in legal cases, including former Hanoi Mayor Nguyen Duc Chung and former Vice Chairman of HCM City Tran Vinh Tuyen.

Bộ Công thương dự kiến trong giai đoạn từ 2022 – 2024, khách hàng sử dụng điện được mua điện trên thị trường điện giao ngay và từ sau năm 2024 sẽ được lựa chọn đơn vị bán lẻ điện.
Theo đề án đề xuất mô hình thị trường bán lẻ điện cạnh tranh mà Bộ Công thương vừa phê duyệt, dự kiến trong giai đoạn từ 2022 – 2024, khách hàng sử dụng điện được mua điện trên thị trường điện giao ngay và sau năm 2024 sẽ được lựa chọn đơn vị bán lẻ điện.Đó là một trong những nội dung đáng chú ý tại báo cáo của Bộ Công thương chuẩn bị cho phiên giải trình trước Uỷ ban Thường vụ Quốc hội diễn ra sáng nay (7.9).
