Duyên kỳ ngộ là gặp nhau kỳ diệu vì đã có duyên với nhau từ nhiều kiếp trước. Kiều Nguyệt Nga (và cô tì nữ) đi trên đường gặp cướp. Lục Vân Tiên võ nghệ cao cường, đang trên đường đi thi, nhảy vào đánh cho bọn cướp một trận, giải cứu Kiều Nguyệt Nga. Hai người yêu nhau, nhưng lại phải chia cách. Mỗi người gặp nhiều tai ương cực khổ nhiều năm, nhưng được Trời Phật hỗ trợ và cứu vớt. Cuối cùng tai qua nạn khỏi, hai người gặp lại nhau và nên dyên vợ chồng.

Cuộc gặp mặt đầu tiên lúc Lục Vân Tiên giải cứu Kiều Nguyện Nga là duyên kỳ ngộ, vì không hẹn trước và chẳng biết gì trước, mà gặp nhau một cách diệu kỳ. Và khi hai người đã có duyên gặp nhau diệu kỳ như thế, nếu gặp nhiều khó khăn, và nếu mình là người công chính, Trời sẽ giữ duyên đó cho mình.

Các bạn, chúng ta thường gặp nhiều duyên kỳ ngộ như thế trong đời: Một cô đi trước mặt bạn, làm rớt cây bút, bạn nhặt lên và đuổi theo trả bút cho cô, rồi hai người trò chuyện, và sau này thành chồng vợ.

Hay, bạn ngồi cạnh một ông trên máy bay, nói chuyện mới biết ông ấy là tổng giám đốc một công ty IT, bạn ngỏ ý muốn được vào làm IT cho công ty ông ấy, ông bảo bạn góp đơn trực tiếp cho ông, và bạn có được việc tốt. Đó là duyên kỳ ngộ.

Hay, một người bạn của bạn rủ bạn đi nhậu lẩu dê, rượu vào lời ra, anh bạn nói đang suy tính mở một công ty đóng giày, bạn hỏi anh ấy: “Cho mình làm partner được không? Mình sẽ góp vốn và làm việc full time cho công ty mới.” Anh bạn gật đầu: “Được”. Đó là duyên kỳ ngộ.

Điều quan trọng là khi duyên kỳ ngộ đến bạn có biết không để mà nhận, vì duyên đến là do Trời Đất sắp đặt theo nhân duyên, nếu duyên dến mà bạn không thấy thì duyên cũng sẽ biến mất thôi. Phần tích cực của chúng ta lúc này, (ở đây, lúc này), có ảnh hưởng rất lớn tới nhân duyên của ta. Ví dụ: Bạn có duyên kỳ ngộ, gặp một cô rất bất ngờ, yêu nhau và thành chồng vợ. Yêu nhau là sống tử tế với nhau, hỗ trợ nhau, kính trọng nhau, thì duyên đó sống lâu. Nhưng nếu lấy nhau rồi, bạn nhậu nhẹt say sưa và xem vợ như giẻ rách, thì duyên kỳ ngộ ban đầu sẽ chết.

Cách sống của bạn lúc này có ảnh hưởng đến duyên kỳ ngộ cực kỳ lớn. Đừng nói “Đó là duyên tiền định cho nên tôi không cần quan tâm chăm sóc.”

Mình chỉ muốn nói vắn tắt với bạn hai điều:

– Thứ nhất, hãy nhạy bén để biết khi nào duyên kỳ ngộ đến, để nắm cơ hội.

– Thứ hai, được duyên kỳ ngộ rồi, hãy sống tử tế và công chính, tạo nghiệp (karma) tốt, để nuôi dưỡng duyên kỳ ngộ dài lâu.

Predestined miraculous encounter

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

A predestined miraculous encounter is a meeting that happens because of karmic connection from past lives. Kieu Nguyet Nga (and her maid) were traveling when they encountered robbers. Luc Van Tien, a highly skilled martial artist on his way to take an exam, jumped in and fought the robbers, rescuing Kieu Nguyet Nga. The two fell in love, but were forced to separate. Each faced many hardships and misfortunes for many years, but received help and salvation from Heaven and Buddha. Finally, after overcoming their troubles, they reunited and became husband and wife.

The first meeting when Luc Van Tien rescued Kieu Nguyet Nga was a predestined miraculous encounter, because they met unexpectedly and without prior knowledge or expectation. And when two people have such a predestined miraculous connection, if they face many difficulties, and if they are righteous, Heaven will preserve that connection for them.

Friends, we often encounter such predestined miraculous encounters in life: A woman walks past you, drops her pen, you pick it up and chase after her to return it, then you two chat, and later become husband and wife.

Or, you sit next to a man on a plane, talk to him and find out he’s the CEO of an IT company, you express your interest in working in IT for his company, he tells you to submit your application directly to him, and you get a great job. That’s a predestined miraculous encounter.

Or, a friend invites you to a goat hotpot dinner, the alcohol loosens the tongue, your friend says he’s thinking of starting a shoe company, you asks him; “Can I be your partner? I will chip in some capital and I will work fulltime for the company.” And he nods: “Yes”. That’s a predestined miraculous encounter.

The important thing is whether you recognize and accept the opportunity when a destined encounter comes your way, because destiny is ordained by Heaven and Earth according to karma. If you don’t see it when it arrives, it will simply disappear. Our positive attitude at this moment (here and now) greatly influences our destiny. For example: You have a predestined miraculous encounter, you meet a woman unexpectedly, you both fall in love and become husband and wife. If you are kind to each other, support each other, and respect each other, then that destiny will last. But if after marriage you become a drunkard and treat your wife like a rag, then that initial predestined connection will die.

Your way of living at this moment has an extremely significant impact on your predestined connection. Don’t think “because it’s predestined, you don’t need to care for it.”

I just want to briefly tell you two things:

– First, be perceptive enough to know when a predestined encounter comes, you can see it and seize the opportunity.

– Second, having been blessed with such a fortunate encounter, live virtuously and righteously, creating good karma to nurture this predestined connection.
