The sounds of Sapa in the morning

Sapa corner

Good morning, Brothers and Sisters!

How are you doing?

Once, I woke up before sunrise. At that time, Sapa remained silent. Almost everyone was still sleeping. In that quietness, I could hear small clacks from a distant street.

At the crack of dawn, birds chirped in the trees. Their cheerful songs filled the air and were a natural alarm for people to wake up.

Along with the birdsongs was the rustling sound of the street cleaners’ bamboo brooms, as they used the brooms to sweep the main Sapa roads.

At 6 o’clock, the town’s public loudspeaker began to broadcast, signaling the start of a new day.

From that point on, I heard more sounds, such as the beeping of motorbike horns, the calls of street vendors, and the hum of drills from a construction site. All these sounds created a lively melody for Sapa.

To me, the sounds of Sapa in the morning were the heartbeat of the town. They helped me connect with Sapa more deeply and better understand the rhythm of life here.

Sharing with you all.

Wishing you a new day full of peace and happiness.

Cheers,

An An
