What do you do when you are tired?

Praying to God and Buddha?

Good.

However, if you work in a building and do not go out in the sun, or if you go out in the sun, you wear sun-protective clothing, then you will easily feel that your prayers are not heard and feel more stressed.

Truly God listens to you carefully, so God gives you sunlight. God knows sunlight makes you happy. When you are not happy, you easily feel your life is dark and troubled. When you are happy, you feel your life is bright and clear.

So don’t be afraid of the sun. Enjoy in the sun and everything will be fine. That is reason I love sunbathing at noon. Great.
