Đương nhiên là kho tàng của bạn ở đâu thì trái tim của bạn ở đó. Nếu kho tàng của bạn là tiền, thì trái tim bạn ở với tiền; nếu kho tàng là gia đình, thì trái tim ở với gia đình; nếu kho tàng là học trò, thì trái tim ở với học trò; nếu kho tàng là công việc, thì trái tim ở với công việc, nêu kho tàng là danh tiếng, thì trái tim ở với danh tiếng.

Trái tim là “tâm”, là toàn bộ tư duy của bạn cả về suy luận và cảm xúc – đầu óc và trái tim đi cùng nhau. Tâm là toàn bộ đời sống tinh thần của bạn.

Vậy bạn muốn toàn bộ đời sống tinh thần của bạn đứng ở đâu? Trong gia đình, trên sân khấu, trong văn phòng, trên bàn tiệc, trong phòng thu hình, trên đường đua nước rút…?

Nếu bạn có hai kho tàng, ví dụ gia đình và văn phòng, thì bạn sắp vị thứ chúng thế nào? Gia đình số một, văn phòng số hai, hay ngược lại.

Hãy đặt cho bạn một câu hỏi: Kho tàng của tôi ở đâu? Và trái tim tôi đang ở đâu?

Câu trả lời có thể giúp bạn sắp đặt lại ưu tiên các kho tàng, và ưu tiên cho trái tim của bạn, cho hợp lý hơn và hợp tình hơn.

Dear brothers and sisters,

Of course, where your treasure is, there your heart is. If your treasure is money, then your heart is with money; if your treasure is family, then your heart is with family; if your treasure is students, then your heart is with students; if your treasure is work, then your heart is with work; if your treasure is reputation, then your heart is with reputation.

The heart is the “mind-heart” (tâm), your whole thinking, both reasoning and emotion – the head and the heart together. The mind-heart is your whole spiritual life.

So, where do you want your whole spiritual life to stand? In the family, on stage, in the office, at the dinner table, in the studio, on the sprint track…?

If you have two treasures, for example, the family and the office, how do you rank them? Family number one, office number two, or vice versa?

Ask yourself a question: Where is my treasure? And where is my heart?

The answer can help you re-prioritize your treasures, and re-prioritize your heart, more reasonably and more appropriately.
