Rồi cũng có bạn hỏi mình: Em thấy có bạn đó công việc nhẹ nhàng chẳng có gì, tài năng thì cũng không, làm việc thì lộn xộn bừa bãi, mà chẳng hiểu sao lương còn cao hơn em?
Trường hợp này là hai người làm ở chuyên môn và vị trí khác nhau, nên dù trong hay khác một tổ chức rất khó có thể so sánh được, và mình cũng không biết cụ thể từng công ty tổ chức để mà nói thêm nhiều. Nhưng mình có thể nói rằng có thể thị trường đang rất cần chuyên môn của ngành của bạn đó, dù làm việc không tốt. Khi thị trường đang có nhu cầu lớn cho một ngành nào đó thì sinh viên ra trường bất kể bằng khá, giỏi ra sao thì khả năng có việc làm rất cao, và lương bổng cũng có xu thế cao hơn các ngành khác mà ít nhu cầu hơn. Thực tế chứng minh, có những giai đoạn nhu cầu việc làm của thị trường bùng nổ cực lớn cho ngành như IT, phân tích dữ liệu… hay gần đây nhu cầu về chăm sóc sức khoẻ, y tế… Cho nên khi nhìn thấy sự chênh lệch có vẻ “bất công”, bạn nên quay về logic kinh tế cơ bản luật cung – cầu trong thị trường việc làm.

Rồi nhiều bạn hỏi tiếp: Lúc ở đại học, chị có bị lo lắng khi ra trường thì khó có việc làm vì ngành học của chị rất mới ở Việt Nam và cả trên thế giới? Vì em rất lo lắng việc ngành nghề mình học có đủ hot để kiếm việc tốt lương cao hay không? Em ra trường rồi mà không hiểu mình có chọn đúng ngành học để thành công.
Trả lời: Mình không lo lắng nhiều việc không có việc làm. Khi nhìn lại mình thấy rằng, lúc nào mình cũng nhìn thấy có rất nhiều việc để làm, và làm không hết việc khi sắp tốt nghiệp và đã ra trường. Mình cũng không lo sợ cái gọi là phải làm “đúng ngành”.
