Dear brothers and sisters,
If we are so smart that we can make a lot of money, but do not have love, we make nothing.
If we are so excellent that we can know all knowledge, including the Bible or Buddhist Sacred Texts, but do not have love, we know nothing.
If we support countless people, but do not have love, we help nothing.
If we give all we have to people (such as doing charity, volunteering, social activities, knowledge sharing, spirituality sharing…), but do not have love, we give nothing.
So what is love?
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
The important thing in this life is to have love like that. All the rest is secondary.
The important thing is love.
Have a love day.
