Hi brother Hoành,

Firstly, I entirely agree with you, brother Hoành, that there is a wide gap between reading comprehension and writing skills. By my own experience, I can easily use Vietnamese to express what I read in English version. But the reverse isn’t the same. I always run into difficulties when demonstrating my opinion or communicating with others.

Secondly, I’d be so sorry to know that we will not have English challenge on Saturday. I’m also so sorry because none of us had any response for DEC last Saturday and, this lead you make decision. For my opinion, Saturday is no problem. The most important thing is whether we’re interested in doing the topic or not. In other words, if the topic is suitable for most of us, we’re willing to join.
I think there are various English level of blogger visited ĐCN. It seems blogger with high level didn’t join DEC, I think so. Almost students and high school pupils are so shy! And a part of us don’t have free time, including me. I agree with Mèo’s recommendation. We could have some topic to meet the needs of various levels. But, it’s not enough time to reach a progress in English if we only spend 30 minutes/ daily to practice it (except students/pupils who are learning English at schools or universities). Especially, it’s summer and, almost pupils have much free time.

Finally, I’m excited about having a page of English discussion. I think, if the issues of the nation are familiar with us, and suitable with English level of the majority, there are people participate in. We can maintain simultaneously DEC and English discussion to attract many people. Why we don’t test?

Nice day, brother.

Dear a. Hoành,

At the very begining, I would like to say that I totally agree with a. Hoành, English is the language of opportunity (in my case). So, here are some opinions of mine.

Firstly, do you think we should divide the session into several parts which are more appropriate to as much as possible people? I mean, there are many people visit, like, love...dotchuoinon everydays; but we are not the same in English. We are in the different levels of English :). So should we have several parts such as: begginer, intermediate, advance (or some names more...attractive such as Eggs, Chicken and Roasted Chicken, hihi).

Moreover, each part should take 30 minutes to be done, at the most. The time includes preparing, thinking and reviewing. I think your English challenges before have been quite suitable (in the length).

Thirdly, in the spirit of possitive thinking and the saying: "If you want to build a ship, don’t herd people together to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea,", should we have a video or song before any Challenges to warm-up our mind?

Hope those are a litter help to our own issue.

Have a wonderful day!!!!!!!
